CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT DISCLOSURE
This disclosure is provided pursuant to the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (the 鈥淎ct鈥�) with respect to ICP Construction, Inc. and its subsidiaries that are subject to the Act (鈥淚CP Group entities鈥�).
ICP Group entities expect their suppliers to comply with applicable laws and to behave in an ethical manner. While ICP Group entities do not presently engage in verification of their product supply chain, audit their suppliers, require certifications regarding the supplies received, or provide training or have internal accountability standards or procedures for employees or contractors regarding slavery and trafficking, ICP Group entities expect their suppliers to conduct their activities in compliance with all applicable laws, including those that require their suppliers to treat workers fairly, respect human rights and provide a safe and healthy work environment.
